And he invited a girl named Phoebe Spar to the prom . . . by asking her live on a billboard in Times Square on Sunday.
Apparently his dad is friends with the CEO of T-Mobile, and he let Kyle take over their billboard to ask Phoebe to the prom.
She said yes.
