6 Things You're Doing Wrong When Running

You've been doing awesome on your New Years Resolution. Eating the food your body needs and actually exercising. Know what's cheaper then a gym membership? Outside of your house. You can pretty much work out anywhere. But you decided to pick up running to get fit. I did that before with an app called "Ease Into 5K" which lets you program your own music and tells you how to work your way up to a 5k. Not much but it's something. I did it and so can you.

The main thing to worry about isn't missing a workout. I mean that's important, but what are you actually doing wrong when running that could be bad for you?
