It is a 3 to 10 year prison term for legendary comedian and actor Bill Cosby. He was sentenced Tuesday, in Pennsylvania, for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia estate in 2004.
The 81-year old Cosby was also labeled a sexually violent predator during his sentencing. Cosby's attorneys asked for house arrest while prosecutors asked for a sentence of five to ten years.
Cosby must serve no less than three years of the sentence handed down. Cosby was convicted of his crimes in April.
