Mojo Nixon is getting his own day in Ohio. On Tuesday, the Ohio House of Representatives will designate June 11th as "Mojo Nixon Day." On top of that, the General Assembly of Representatives will present a proclamation to Nixon's family to recognize the southern Ohio resident for his contributions to the culture. In the late 1990's Mojo Nixon was a disc jockey for WEBN. Nixon passed away February 7, 2024. R.I.P. Mojo
