The organizers of the BLINK festival, the nation's largest outdoor light, art, and projection mapping event, have announced an expansion for this year's edition.
The festival will now include installations in Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport, featuring more local artists from the region. New projection mapping displays at Newport on the Levee and a laser bridge display near the Roebling Suspension Bridge are among the additions.
The expansion was made possible through an investment from Northern Kentucky's tourism bureau, meetNKY, aiming to showcase the creativity and unique tourism experiences of the Cincy Region. Since its inception in 2019, BLINK has made a significant economic impact on the Cincinnati region and garnered global attention.
