The Colerain Township Zoning Commission has unanimously voted to approve a final development plan for a Wawa gas station and convenience store on two land parcels near Struble Road. This is welcome news to many fans of the cult-favorite store, but has been met with some opposition from neighbors citing traffic, health, and quality of life concerns. There is no timeline yet for a groundbreaking, but Wawa has already requested the zoning certificate
