A Japanese man has spent nearly 14 thousand to become a dog. The man refers to himself as Toko and all he desires in life is to look & act like a border collie which is his favorite breed of dog. Toko hired Zeppet, a company known for creating sculptures and models for movies, to create him a lifelike border collie costume. Toko goes out in public acting like a dog, playing with dogs and even gets belly rubs from random strangers. Toko remains anonymous yet runs the YouTube channel, “I Want To Be An Animal.”
