In a new interview M Shadows revealed that Avenged Sevenfold will get back to work on their new album next month. The band hopes to get it mixed in August with a release date later this year or in early 23. The band’s been at work on this album for a few years and have taken time away from recording due to family needs, covid and personal changes within their team. Shadows revealed the band will begin booking tours again around the time the album’s ready. In past interviews Shadow’s mentioned this album is very influenced by Kanye West and other artists the band isn’t normally influenced by.
