If you hate your job, you're not alone. That's why so many people are looking for a change.
In fact 73% of Gen Zers and 70% of millennials are looking for a job or career change, a poll of 2,000 employed Americans found. So lots of people who are not happy. Maybe the job just isn't for them, or they're tired of their boss. You need to get out of there.
The Talker Research survey found 52% of respondents currently feel burnt out at work, amen my friend. 23% feel expectations at work have increased, but pay has not. Same story, different job lol.

So if you feel like your current situation isn't for you anymore, you might want to look to move on.
