I've lived in a lot of places. Working in radio you kind of have to. I've lived in some really beautiful cities, but sometimes when you don't know where you are in a new place you end up in the hood. I'm no stranger to bad parts of town. I grew up on the West Side of Cincinnati, and IYKYK. One of the cleanest cities I've lived in was Salt Lake City, UT. Beautiful city with amazing views. But I curse way too much and scared the Morman/LDS families too much lol.
But what places make the list of the dirtiest cities? Have you lived in any of them? Are you moving to one and want to know to figure out what you can afford/where to live?
HouseFresh has ranked the dirtiest cities in the United States. The deep dive analyzed 12.3 million sanitation related complaints over the past year. Baltimore took the top spot with a high complaint rate and six of the dirtiest ZIP codes in and around the city’s center.
So who has the cleanest city? Milwaukee is the cleanest city with only 309 complaints all year long. So good beer, cheese and a clean city? I'm in.
But when you think about dirty cities, the first one that comes to mind is NYC. You're right. The Big Apple, Brooklyn ZIP codes are the dirtiest in New York City, perhaps due to an influx of tourism.
So you have the cleanest, and the dirtiest. So if you plan to move you can still listen to us on the iHeartRadio app, even if you'll be living in a box on the street.
