Could You Still See Ozzy In The Future? Sharon Thinks So

You may have heard that Sharon Osbourne might have a plan up her sleeve for you to still see Ozzy/Black Sabbath after the July 5th Ozzy concert in England. Sharon said she is open to the possibility of a future hologram show from the metal legends akin to ABBA Voyage. In a new interview with Metal Hammer, Sharon was asked if she would ever consider a Sabbath hologram show. “Sure I would, yeah,” she said.

This has worked for many artists in the past, and I think Sphere in Las Vegas would be amazing for this to happen. U2 has one there now and it's a movie from their residency when they performed there when it opened. So it feels like you're right there when U2 could be across the other side of the planet. Raking in the dough because tickets to that start at $100 and go up. Ozzy could do the same.

Who else has done the hologram thing you ask?

Abba as Sharon mentioned, but 2pac, Michael Jackson and more have done it and they have been a success.

Sharon goes on to say “Technology keeps moving on and on. You can do incredible things now, so what you could do in five years will be even better. You never know what the opportunities are.” (She's not wrong, these things are only going to get better and more interactive.)

As for the actual Black Sabbath, Sharon is thrilled that all four original band members will perform, especially drummer Bill Ward. “I always say they’ve got that invisible connection between the four of them, and he’s gonna be there, which is amazing,” she said. “I’m not going to bulls**t you and say we’re the best of friends. We’re not. We are such different people. But I respect Bill so much, and I’m so happy that he has agreed to come, for the band and for the fans.”

Would you pay to see a hologram show of Ozzy? I've seen him several times, and he's awesome live. The energy would only be multiplied when it's the best of the best non stop! I'd be in.
