Still Upset With The Stupid Groundhog? Here's How You Can Get Revenge

Yesterday was Groundhog Day!! Till we realized that damn goudhog Phil prediceted 6 more weeks of winter. Why can't this just stop now. Well I found a way you can get over the blues of 6 more weeks of winter, and a great stew at the same time. Take to the mountains....it's time to eat a gopher.

Yes, I'm saying what you're thinking I'm saying. Let's make a roast out of Punxsutawney Phil. But where to start? I've watched the food channel/cooking channel and there is nothing on there about how to cook a groundhog, so I'm thinking a crock pot. Slow and low warm bath for Phil. haha

But when I did look up how to cook a groundhog on google, you bet right if you said they had something for this. Here's what I found

"The best way to cook a groundhog is to braise it slowly to break down the tough muscle fibers and make it tender, often incorporating it into a stew with vegetables, as the meat can be quite similar to dark meat turkey when cooked properly; other options include baking, grilling as kebabs, or frying after breading, but always ensure thorough cooking due to potential for carrying diseases."

Even found a taco recipe. See that one HERE

Now I'm totally kidding...or am I. Who would really eat a groundhog? The answer may surprise you when you're mad enough about winter lol.

Enjoy....I'll stick to salad
