Chipotle has a request for it's employees, and it's making some people upset. The email came out asking their employees who get discounted or free meals not to eat the chicken. Chipotle says they have good reason for the request.
They say the reason is so locations can keep up "with demands for out guests who demand this popular option."
But it's not just employees of the stores, it's their office workers too. So the Monday lunch orders for the bosses have taken chicken off their menu as well. Most employees feel the move is "disrespectful"
A worker for Chipotle says this is a temporary request and it should be resolved in about a week.
We'll see.
