Phillip Wagner is being remembered for a lifetime of service and sacrifice to his community and family.
The Lorain Police Officer's life was celebrated on Wednesday at a memorial service held at Rocket Arena.
Wagner died following an ambush shooting last week and leaves behind a wife and three children.
