A Cleveland Police commander has been reassigned to other duty as Internal Affairs investigates several allegations of misconduct.
The allegations against Fourth District Commander Ralph Valentino have not been spelled out publicly.
Captain Heather Miksch will serve as acting commander in the Fourth District for the time being.
