Congress is getting another report on UFOs spotted over the past year. On Monday, U.S. intelligence agencies are expected to provide lawmakers with a new annual report on unexplained aerial phenomena, the new name for UFOs. The Pentagon estimates the number of unexplained incidents is more than 400. Some of the sightings have been found to be weather balloons and foreign surveillance, but many still can't be explained.
