The plastic surgeon was supposed to appear at Carol Miller Justice Center last week through a virtual courtroom, but what the judge and acting officer weren't counting was the surgeon to join mid-surgery.
The surgeon was in full scrubs and in the middle of a patient's surgery and thought that then would be the best time to appear before the court.
Now we've heard of people trying to drum up sympathy from a judge in court, but this takes it to another level.
