A North Carolina deputy in Harnett County is under administrative leave after a video was posted showing him attack a girl for recording him. Fourteen-year-old Jewelianna Urban was wrestled down to the ground after the deputy snatched her phone saying it was evidence. Her 17-year-old sister Brie got the whole thing on tape before the deputy did the same thing to her. Brie says the officer let them go and gave them their phones back, but warned them not to post the video, or let it get out. The officer isn't being identified and the State Bureau of Investigation has been called in.
